Delivery and Returns
The Covid-19 situation is changing rapidly we continue to ship our UK and International orders where possible and permitted, we encourage our customers to allow more time for all orders to arrive.
If you place an Order for a piece of furniture, it is your responsibility to ensure it will fit into the room it is intended for and that it is able to pass through the premises to its chosen destination room.
You will need to check that it will pass through any access gates, passages, stairwells, lifts, landings and internal doors. You must ensure that prior to delivery this route of passage required for access to deliver the piece of furniture to its destination room is obstacle free for example from other furniture, pictures and ornaments.
If you have any concerns about delivery or access please contact us to discuss before placing your order on (+44) (0)1929 553942 or email [email protected]uk
Please note where delivery of furniture has been arranged directly with Cameron Furniture, a charge for any failed delivery where the delivery failure is not the fault of Cameron Furniture will be payable, this is unless the delivery is cancelled 48 hours with Cameron Furniture before delivery.
We can ship virtually to any address in the world, however some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and the weight of any such item can be found on its individual product page. All weights are rounded up to the next unit to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
All orders are shipped within 2 - 4 working days after the order has been placed, except where an order of furniture is placed (4 – 7 days) or an order for bespoke commission of furniture is placed (please see our Terms and Conditions of Ordering a Commission) once the order is dispatched an email notification will be sent with confirmation and tracking information. All orders are shipped tracked delivery to the address specified by the customer, customers are given the option of selecting Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class tracked delivery, both options require a signature upon receipt of the delivery. Delivery options will be discussed and confirmed with clients who are commissioning a bespoke piece of work at the design process stage.

International deliveries may be subject to customs charges, for internationally shipped items our carriage charge covers packing and delivery only. Customs on occasion may inspect goods prior to their delivery, this can cause a delay. It is important that a valid phone number is provided. This number maybe required by local customs and delivery agents and could prevent further delays.
